8, 9, and 10 am classes are all normal WOD's so no technique class this week or Competitors WOD.

200m Med Ball Run
Push Press
 
One partner runs while the other push presses.  Partners alternate performing the run or push presses for entire WOD.  Every minute on the minute everyone will perform 10 squats.  Track number of Push Press reps completed.
