What is DRIVEN FITNESS?
A fun, fast-paced, one-hour workout using a variety of exercises and equipment. Workouts involve strength training, cardio, flexibility and core work, ideal for weight loss and overall toning.
Who can do DRIVEN FITNESS?
DRIVEN FITNESS is suitable for people at any age and all fitness levels. All exercises are scalable to your ability. NO BARBELLS OR HEAVY WEIGHTS.
Why do DRIVEN FITNESS?
Unlike other fitness programs, DRIVEN is RESULTS ORIENTED. Your DRIVEN FITNESS membership includes monthly fitness tests as well as 90-day progress “check-ins” to be sure you are meeting your fitness goals. Whether looking to lose weight, tone up or just get a great workout while having fun and making friends, DRIVEN is a great option for anyone at any age and fitness level.
How is this different from CrossFit?
DRIVEN FITNESS is similar to CrossFit in that the workouts we do are intense and programmed to get results. However, there are no barbells or complicated movements – all the movements we use in a workout are taught during class time. This eliminates the need for an on-ramp program like Fundamentals (which is required before entering CrossFit classes).
