Two rounds for time of:
Run 300 meters
15 Jumps over 24” Box
15 Dumbbell squat cleans, 45/25 lb.
30 Double-unders
15 Push-ups, hand must release from floor
15 GHD Sit-ups
30 yard Lunge

15 Dumbbell squat cleans, 45/25 lb. (35 lbs)
30 Double-unders (4x singles)
15 Push-ups, hand must release from floor (rxd)
15 GHD Sit-ups (3x regular)
30 yard Lunge (rxd)

Hade a great work out I think I am going to ride this afternoon and work on squats and knee stabilizing exercises tomorrow.

15 GHD Sit-ups - James did 15 GHD first round and 30 situps + 5 GHD second round
