CrossFit Group Classes
We offer a variety of classes to help meet your time needs, Check the Schedule page for more information.
CrossFit Classes are intense, challenging, and move quickly. Classes are an hour long and have 3 main components:
Warm up / Mobility | Skill development | Athletic workout
We use weights, do body weight exercise combined with running, rowing, and jump roping. Movements are all functional and every workout is different. Each class continues to have a private coaching experience in a group environment and is lead by a CrossFit Coach.
We know you have a busy and hectic Schedule, and since we have more motivated and highly experienced coaches than any other CrossFit facility, we have the ability to put offer more classes than other facilities.
CrossFit’s foundational exercises mimic natural human movement. In group classes we squat, push, pull, run and jump – with or without weight – based on your current fitness level.
We don’t just offer personal training and group classes. We offer both seasonal and ongoing specialty programs for members who are looking to work on their weaknesses, or for members who just want to mix it up a bit. For more details click here.

Our specialty programs help members tackle their weaknesses, and they simply provide more options for experienced members who want to try something new.
There are many elements that go into making a world-class facility. From the training components like having enough space and equipment to practical components like free parking. Our facility has all the necessary components to help you get fit and stay fit for life.
We use your body and real weights to create free, natural movement. We only have machines that mimic functional movement, and none of those that don’t contribute to overall health and a lean, conditioned body. We welcome you to take a look around our box and our equipment – you won’t see full length mirrors but you’ll see results in your own mirror and in the fit of your clothes when you make the move to functional fitness.
At CrossFit Canton, you’ll experience a variety of intense workouts in a fun group environment that foster incredible results! We’re different from the typical gym because we utilize functional movements, emphasize intensity to achieve results, and employ variety in a competitive yet friendly community of athletes.
We have been blessed to work with great people of all ages and fitness backgrounds. Our members are house moms, CEOs, students, military personnel and more, all with a singular goal of living a healthy, fit life. The community and camaraderie found here is the aspect that drives members to perform their best and keeps them coming back. Our members push each other, keep each other accountable and form friendships in a family atmosphere. One of the ways we grow our community within is by hosting quarterly events and challenges for members to stay involved and achieve new goals. Many of our members regularly participate in local and regional CrossFit competitions as well as community charity events.
