CrossFit Canton Masters’ Program
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program based on functional movements. This means that the things we do in the gym are also things we do outside the gym: run, jump, push, pull, climb, squat, lift, press and more. Besides being scalable for any ability level, our workouts are constantly varied and increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CrossFit workouts produce results.
What is the Masters’ Program?
The Masters are one of CrossFit’s fastest growing age groups. CrossFit Canton has created a community of 50+ years and older athletes in a powerful and uplifting atmosphere. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is infinitely scalable so some athletes in this age range may choose to participate in our regular classes over the Masters’ class.
The Masters’ Programming differs from our regular programming in that we place a larger focus on balance, mobility and flexibility and core strength. Our method allows exposure to the workouts at a challenging and tolerable intensity and produces results. Classes are capped at 8 athletes to increase personalized attention.
What are the benefits of CrossFit Masters’ Program?
One of the great things about CrossFit is that anyone can participate. Our master athletes enjoy life by becoming stronger and fitter and maintaining better coordination and balance. Exercising with functional movements improves bone density, reduces blood pressure, and increases strength and energy. The fitness regimen that a master requires to maintain physical independence is the same for a professional athlete looking to maintain physical dominance in his or her sport. The difference is degree, not type.
CrossFit Masters class time(s):

What is CrossFit Kids?
CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scalable for any participant at any level.
What does this mean?
This means, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play – pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers.
When fitness is defined as broad, inclusive and general it means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play because CrossFit Kids doesn’t coach them to be good at just one thing.
Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
With workouts that are scalable, CrossFit Kids can equally benefit a person who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.

What is DRIVEN FITNESS?
A fun, fast-paced, one-hour workout using a variety of exercises and equipment. Workouts involve strength training, cardio, flexibility and core work, ideal for weight loss and overall toning.
Who can do DRIVEN FITNESS?
DRIVEN FITNESS is suitable for people at any age and all fitness levels. All exercises are scalable to your ability. NO BARBELLS OR HEAVY WEIGHTS.
Why do DRIVEN FITNESS?
Unlike other fitness programs, DRIVEN is RESULTS ORIENTED. Your DRIVEN FITNESS membership includes monthly fitness tests as well as 90-day progress “check-ins” to be sure you are meeting your fitness goals. Whether looking to lose weight, tone up or just get a great workout while having fun and making friends, DRIVEN is a great option for anyone at any age and fitness level.
How is this different from CrossFit?
DRIVEN FITNESS is similar to CrossFit in that the workouts we do are intense and programmed to get results. However, there are no barbells or complicated movements – all the movements we use in a workout are taught during class time. This eliminates the need for an on-ramp program like Fundamentals (which is required before entering CrossFit classes).
